Make Your Own Flamingo Logo

Why pay hundreds of dollars for someone else to make a flamingo logo for your business?

Here are some easy ways to make your own flamingo logo that will make your logo unique and save you money!

Why should you make your own logo?

Making your own logo allows you to:

• Achieve your vision for your logo
• Put your personal touch on your logo

We’ll go over a few different options for making your own flamingo logo based on your comfort level with the interwebs and computers but all the options have a difficulty rating of Easy!

Let’s start with the easiest!

Make a flamingo logo using a pre-existing template.

To do this just head on over to Google and search for “how to make a flamingo logo”.

As you can see you will find websites you can go to that already have pre-made flamingo logos that you just have to add your business name to and viola you are done.  It doesn’t get much easier than that!  Now the downside of this method is that someone else might have the exact same logo as you with just a different business name.

For some of you that may be fine but for those of you that want to have a little more ability to customize your logo the next method will be for you.

How to make a custom flamingo logo

You can get custom flamingo artwork created by a professional artist that you can use to make your own custom flamingo logo.  Now I know what you are thinking…that will cost thousands of dollars!

It won’t!

The great thing about the internet is that there are a ton of professional artists that sell their art online that you can use for commercial purposes on all sorts of things and to buy this art is really, really reasonable!  By reasonable I mean what you would have to pay thousands to commission somebody to create you can get for under $30.

Going this route will give you a flamingo logo that is superior, stands out to your customer and says to your customer that your brand is about trust, authority and excellence!  And did we mention that it won’t cost you a lot?

First you need to find flamingo clipart that you can use for your project.  This is easily accomplished by visiting some of the graphic design and illustration marketplaces like Creative Market, Design Cuts or Etsy to find the flamingo illustrations you can use for your logo.

Once you have purchased and downloaded the flamingo clipart that you are going to use for your logo than you will need some software to make your logo.

A software that is fairly easy to use to make a logo is Photoshop or if you aren’t familiar with Photoshop you can also use a website called Canva.

For the rest of you let’s take a look at how you can make a flamingo logo using Canva.

First off go to Canva and sign up for a free account.  After that login and then select “logo” from the drop down menu.

Now you are ready to click on uploads and upload the specific illustrations you purchased that you want to use in your logo from your computer.

Once you have uploaded your images drag one over into the work area where you can make it the size you want and place it the location you want it to be.   This is where you get to play around with your logo design to come up with something that looks just right.  Should you add a border for your flamingo logo or not?

After a little bit of playing around to get the design just right it was decided that less is more.  The frame was tossed and a more simple and clean design was settled upon.  Doesn’t it look better than any of those pre-made logos already!  Don’t forget if you want your logo to have text you can also do that now by clicking on the text button and choosing the font, size and color for your text.

Now of course you will take more time and maybe make a number of different logos before choosing one that you think is the best to represent your brand.  But you can literally make your own custom flamingo logo in only a few minutes!
